barclays have missed the 8 week deadline to respond to one of my complaints what now

hiya as in the title barclays have upheld my loan complaint put in at the same time but have not responded in the time frame about my card they sent a letter saying they would respond by today but have not nor have they sent a letter saying extra time is needed i spoke to them today and they have nothing on their system since the letter saying it was recieved what do i do now?
