MBNA Section 75

Hi All,
A few weeks ago I was writing to MBNA re section 75 and a few of you helped me out - Thanks!
I am hoping you can help me put further - they have written back to me asking all kinds of questions, some of which I think they are just asking to try and put me off or waste my time for example a copy of my credit card statement showing the transaction, even though when I telephoned them they said the had it on screen and could see the transaction.
My purchase was for bedroom furniture. They want to know:
"Detail of any enquiries you made prior to engaging this merchant" - I don't understand what they expect me to say for this?
"Confirmation of whether there is a trade association or professional body that the merchant is connected to and information about their arbitration or complaints procedure" - I do not know and am not sure how I would know?
They also ask me for "detailed information of the precise nature of dispute and why I consider the merchant has not fulfilled the arrangement" So they clearly have not read my 3 page letter which I will reprint and enclose again
Any help is appreciated thank you for your time
