water temp problem in shower

Hello all

Hope somebody can help, I have a problem with my electric shower.

I live in a 2 year old apartment which has a bristan artisan shower in my main bathroom, I also have the exact same shower in my ensuite.

I noticed over time my water temp decreasing to the point that I have to have it on the highest temp on 45 degrees and even then its only barely warm.

The shower in my ensuite however is fine so I ruled out a problem with my plumbing, I called Bristan who sent me a replacement thermostatic cartridge but having changed this last night although the water feels a little hotter it still isnt where it should be.

Any ideas what else I can try before I go the route of calling in a plumber?

Im a bit puzzled that the exact same shower in my ensuite is working fine.
