  • Just been shopping and got a bargain. Bought a dress that was originally £35 on sale for £20, 20% off so £16 and used a free £5 voucher they sent me in the post so got it for £11! Well chuffed cos I would have paid the £20 for it so adding the £9. Not desperately needed but can think of at least two upcoming events where I will wear it!

Oh and good luck with interview moneyspider, I worked in a supermarket about 5 years ago and night rate was a couple of quid more per hour than day rate so shouldn't be too bad! Let us know how you get on.....

Do you guys know that you can earn money from getting advertising emails sent to you? You don't even need to open them so an email address that you don't use very often can be used.

Granted its not a lot but you can grow a team to boost earnings. You can claim earnings in vouchers - all the usual ones!

I have been with them a few weeks and all seems good with them, you don't get inundated with spam either - basically money for very little i have to say - Check out Mailpay or feel free to PM me your email address for more info/sausage type thingy :D

    Hey Everyone,

Had to nip out and get a few bits done today in preparation for our hols. One thing was to get DS1 a couple of new books to keep him entertained while travelling. Luckily I remembered that he brought home 3 World Book Day tokens yesterday - apparently his class were given 2 each, then one of his friends gave him their voucher as, 'they don't like books' ().

Managed to find 2 of the free books - 'Roald Dahl's Fantabulous Facts', and 'How to Train Your Dragon'. I bought DS1 a big pile of Roald Dahl books a couple of weeks ago that I found in a charity shop (has read most of them twice already!), so I'm sure he'll be impressed :). I then spent the last voucher towards a lift the flap book for DS2 so he wasn't left out, as he seems to love books just as much as his bro, lol!

    So that's £3 to add today :).
