Hi all!
Heres my list:
-Check online banking
-Make Lasagne for tea tonight
-Roast topside joint for sandwiches/tomorrows tea
-No heating on until this evening when it comes on itself
So again nothing major but................i went to TK Maxx (my most favourite shop ever!!) and saw a gorgeous pair of dune shoes, some gorgeous Ted Baker shoes and a lovely lil Le Creuset casserole dish. Normally I would have decided which pair of shoes i liked best and got them along with the casserole dish BUT I totally resisted temptation and walked away empty handed - go me!! there was also a pasta machine i was sooooo tempted to get (i do make my own pasta a lot!) but again decided it was a want more than a need, a rolling pin works fine i just have to work harder ha ha!
So who knows, if i have any spends left at the end of the week i *may* go back and get the casserole dish it was a bargain but we'll see.0 -

Pernie - whew, that does sound like a lot of work! I dont really see myself as the marrying type (my parents never tied the knot but are still happily together 26 years later...), so if anyone ever talks me into it I'll be going for the registry office affair and my sister has already made me promise to let her make my dressI'm sure your big day will be worth all the faf though!
Neither me or my OH are Churchgoers & imo it seemed a bit silly to start going just to get married (much to my father's disappointment!) so we are having a civil ceremony under a thatched roof with some lovely views of the gardenI know in the end it'll all be worthwhile there are just so many little stresses that I never thought would be a problem!
Aw you are so lucky your sister would make your dress, I'd love to be able to have a completely unique dress! Unfortunately with no one offering & dressmakers wanting a starting price of £1500 for the simplest of dresses, I opted for the Maggie Sottero in a local shop that should have been over £1500, but I got for £1079! Despite the saving, it's so un-MSELol. Over a grand for a dress I will wear once...
