Disabled working tax credit stopping April 2012?

Like several other people, I've had a letter today telling me my Tax credit will stop in April. The helpline is totally jammed up so can't get to speak to anybody- presumably as they seem to have sent loads of these letters out this week!
I'm single, no kids, working over 30 hours and earning gross £28,200. Get small amount of WTC as recieve High rate care, low rate mobility of DLA.
Can anybody tell me if this letter is correct and my payments will stop in April?
Also, it tells me to contact them so my claim can continue even if my payments stop, so that I don't have to reclaim if my hours/ income change and implies that access to the disability premiums could be lost should I fail to do so. Is this correct, as it sounds odd to me?
