Hi all im going to try and get my PPI back from natwest, is there a template letter on here? as at the moment i havent a clue what to put.

Hi Mazza - It's easy, just go to the Natwest website and there is a link to PPI complaints.
I wouldn't bother filling out the form, just call the free phone number (0800 0150319) and have your details to hand. I did it this morning, it took 7 minutes.0
