Hi everyone,
Today I called nationwide to log my complaint about ppi. The call handler took all my details & said someone would be intouch.
Can anyone tell me what the next step will be & how long they will take to respond?? Sorry I'm new to this:

Hi Gee gee, you may get a letter acknowledging your complaint in the next 14 days and they currently have 8 weeks to make a decision (give them 9 weeks in total) as they only use 2nd class post
