i just set up an account but when asked where i heard about the site i selected 'website' i think i should of selected 'from a friend' it wont work for me and now i cant change it!

it is charging me for the creme eggs!

I have had to remove them from the basket now can't try again, if i removed everything from my basket and try again will it still be my first order?

I didn't use a code on my order ( only the free Cadburys eggs one ) and I can't remember what I did when I first signed up & got my £10 off as a new customer but I THINK it works like this ;

1/ You sign up and choose a friend or family referred you ( we got lots of friends on MSE ) then add the referral code and register

2/ You have to set up payment by direct debit

3/ Place order , then when you confirm your order it says £10 off your first invoice when you view it


Add the free cream eggs as well though with the code into promo box

( You don't put the referral code into promo box! ) x

Yes it should be fine! Did you add the code for the free eggs in the promo box? x

Gah! screwed it up, didn't realise you had to do the referral thing at the start so missed out on the £10 off

However still got a referral code that I've stuck on the refferals board
