Banks to charge

Just a quick post, on the front page of todays Mail it's saying banks are set to start charging & Citi have moved around 150,000 customers onto the paying account!

I assume you mean this article. It makes no mention of 'banks set to start charging'. The Citibank move has been covered in these forums already.
