Catherine Forsythe at McConnell Kelly at Ballyhackamore, efficient, no fuss, straightforward and reasonable. They fix the price beforehand and stuck to it in my case.

We used Campbell and Caher in Lisburn for selling a few years ago and buying recently. Price wise they were half some of the other quotes we got. Everything was efficiently done in good time.Stercus accidit0

I think it was £400 for their professional services on a purchase of 160k and then land registry etc on top of that. I can't remember how much it all came to.
I liked that they sent us the interest that had accrued on our deposit while they had it. I wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't!Stercus accidit0 -

do you think i could buy and sell with them for about £2k?0 -
We sold and then bought a few years later so I can't remember the figures. I would be surprised if it was more than 2k although stamp duty will come into it. Ask for a quote. Given the market, they are unlikely to have upped their fees.Stercus accidit0

Thanks for that.
Am I right thinking there is no stamp duty on a property up to 125k?0
