Baxi 105e - I need a new expansion vessel

Hi I have been quoted £130 for an extension to the expansion vessel.

What sort of things should i be asking the plumber to also check?

divertor valve, check filling loop, blocked pipe feeding the expansion vessel,plate heat exchanger, split diaphragm and pressure relief valve?
