Can anyone help with a cheaper way of contacting Ryan Air please?

maggiemae_2

Due to a family illness we need to cancel our RyanAir flights.

Does anyone have an email address or a cheaper phone number than the 0871 (charged at 10p a minute) where I can contact them?
I have checked on saynoto0870.com without sucess.

Also as we would have been due to fly in 10 days does anyone know if we will at least be able to get the taxes back (I know we will not get anything for the flight costs)

Thanks for your help

call the Irish number after signing up to any of the companies on the MSE call checker, from 0.3p min, easy ones like 1899/18185 are 1p per min

The admin charge will probably cancel out the tax.Travel insurance is the only realistic way of getting any money back so I wouldnt even waste my time or breath contacting ryanair

Thanks that's helpful to know budgetflyer - I kind of thought that might be the case but I couldn't see the amount of their admin charges anywhere on the site. And I didn't want to throw good money after bad by phoning them to find out!!

I have never thought of phoning the Irish Number I shall file that away in my memory of excellent suggestions. I remember being stuck in Strasbourg when Ryanair did fly there and the flight was cancelled. The phone calls back to Ryanair and between the OH and Ryanair came to more than the flight!!!!!!!!!!!!
