Tranferring sale of shares .. question re halifax sharebuilder

I sold some shares earlier today with halifax sharebuilder. The proceeds are showing as available to invest (reinvest) but not in the colum to withdraw or transfer back to my account.
I cant see any (helpful ) information on halifax's website regarding why this is.
Has anyone else had a similar experience and is it perhaps because I sold them so recently and have to wait a couple of days before I can transfer the money out?
Thanks in advance

AIUI when shares are bought there are normally 3 days for payment. But as online brokers would rather like you trading in the meantime they credit your account immediately. Of course any shares you then buy dont actually need to be paid for until 3 days later, so the broker doesnt lose anything. But they cant let you have the cash until it has really been received.0
