Only Rich tea biscuits with tea. Everything else with coffee!

I don't drink tea, so I chose the biscuits that I have with coffee. I love chocolate digestives (seems to be the most popular choice at the moment) but only the plain chocolate ones not the milk chocolate ones. I think I could quite happily live on those!! In fact, I'm eating one right now (must try not to get chocolate or crumbs on the keyboard!)

The humble, but mighty, ginger nut gets my vote.

    This requires serious consideration.

Firstly you have to ask yourself what your looking for in a biscuit? Smooth texture? Chocolate coated? Size?

Then and probably most importantly you need to test it's dunking durability! Anything that breaks in less than 7 seconds is in my opinion not a biscuit worthy of being put in my mouth!

The dunking is the main one for me.. chocolate biscuits lose points for being a force of great evil in the world....
