RBS Credit Card

I wrote to the RBS about 2 loans and a credit card I had with them.

they wrote back to me saying that on the 2 loans i had, i did opt out of PPI ...........ok so thats fine no harm in asking(it was 2006 so i wasnt sure) but I know for definite it was on my credit card as this was added every month if you spent on your credit card.

there was no mention of the credit card on the letter. Do you think they are still looking into this or should i re-write a letter about the CC?

only thing about the CC is they shut it down a few months ago because i wasnt using it so i am not sure of the account numbers and stuff but did give them as much information as possible about the account.

thanks
