CLUB MONACO TOMMY TON’S FAVOURITE THINGS 2012 FACEBOOK PRIZE DRAW

These are the official rules (the “Official Rules”) of Club Monaco S.A.M. (“Club Monaco”) for a chance to win A Tommy Ton’s bag for Club Monaco, a Club Monaco Shopping Spree at Club Monaco Corner at Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge, London, a 2-Night Hotel Accommodation (standard room) in London, and a prize pack of four (4) items selected by Club Monaco (the “Prize Draw”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
How to enter: No purchase necessary. Visit the Club Monaco Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/clubmonaco (the “Facebook Page”). Entries can be submitted through the Competition's Facebook application (the “Facebook Application”) accessible from the Facebook Page. Only Entries submitted between February 27, 2012 at 05:00 AM GMT and March 11, 2012 at 04:59 AM GMT will be eligible (the “Entry Period”)
Eligibility: Limit of three (3) entries per person throughout the Entry Period. Individuals entering more than three (3) times will be disqualified. The Prize Draw is open to voters aged 18 or over who are resident of the United Kingdom, and have proceeded as instructed in the section “How to enter” above, except employees of Club Monaco or any of its affiliates or their immediate families, household members, agents or anyone else connected with this Prize Draw.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Tommy Ton’s bag for Club Monaco, a Club Monaco Shopping Spree at Club Monaco Corner at Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge, London, a 2-Night Hotel Accommodation (standard room) in London, and a prize pack of four (4) items selected by Club Monaco (each, the “Prizes”). The Prizes are awarded subject to Club Monaco being satisfied of the winner’s eligibility and Club Monaco may require such information as reasonably necessary to verify the winner’s eligibility. If Club Monaco is unable to contact a winner within a reasonable period or the winner declines the Prizes, such unclaimed or declined Prizes may be re-awarded at Club Monaco’s sole discretion. Only the Prizes described in this paragraph will be awarded and no substitutions, cash alternatives, cash equivalents, other substitutes or redemptions will be made (even if the Prize is unused or cannot be used), except that Club Monaco reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any component of the Prizes for its cash value or prizes of equal or greater retail value. The Prizes can only be awarded to the named winner. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded and has no cash value and cannot be sold, auctioned, exchanged or bartered for cash or other valuable consideration, reproduced or altered, otherwise it is void. Lost, stolen or damaged Prizes cannot be replaced. The winners will be solely responsible for their own costs and expenses relating to their utilization of the Prizes. The hotel accommodation will be booked in the full legal name of the winner as stated on the winner’s valid government issued photo I.D or passport. All travel dates and accommodations are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. Major credit card will be required upon hotel check in to cover any incidental charges. The Winner will be responsible for all expenses, including but not limited to meals, incidentals, beverages, phone charges, ground transportation, not specifically included herein.
Selections of Winner: Winner will be determined in a random drawing on or about March 13, 2012 (from among all eligible entries) conducted by representatives of Club Monaco (the “Winner”). Winner will be contacted by email on or about March 14, 2012 and will be given instructions on how to claim the Prizes. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within five (5) days of notification or Prizes will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Winner may be required to participate in related publicity.
Additional Rules: This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By entering the Prize Draw entrants are providing information to Club Monaco and not to Facebook. Entrants release Facebook and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Prize Draw and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize. The information entrants and/or winners provide will only be used for marketing purposes and to award the Prizes where applicable. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Official Rules or any decision rendered by Club Monaco, the decision or interpretation of Club Monaco shall prevail.
Release of Liability: Sponsors are not liable for any change to, cancellation, delays or postponement of the Prize Draw. The Sponsors shall have no responsibility or liability for lost, late, stolen, damaged, misdirected or illegible entries. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Prize Draw or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Prize Draw. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players, or browsers, whether on account of technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing, that may occur. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to entrants, winners or to any computer related to or resulting from participating in this Prize Draw. If, for any reason, the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Prize Draw, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw.
