Thanks for clearing that up Martin. Obviously Telesavers have neglected to mention on their website at all that you have to ring another access number during daytime.
Their access number for mobiles then is actually misleading plus they've conned us. First of all for making a call to 0844 access number (as indicated on their website) and making money from that call just to be informed that you should have dialled an 0871 access number (10ppm).
If I get a reply of Telesavers then I'll point out that they are misleading us and making us pay for an 0844 number just to be informed that we should have dialled an 0871 number. Both access numbers should have been on their website.
