Help on cahoot ppi

Hi
I took a loan out online with cahoot in 2002 which had ppi on it, cancelled it years later by email
I spoke to santander today who said the archive department said i never had it on the loan, when i know i did
Im really stuck now on what to do

Ask for a copy of your original cca (which will be free of charge) and look for any statements, documents that you may have kept.
I don't think they will have any reason for lying about it as they won't really gain anything as everything is reportable to the FSA etc
There is no point contacting cahoot either as they will pass you back in the direction of santander loans department.Current Debt
