PPI Reclaim?

Hi All
Hopefully some one can advise, I had a number of loans in the past (cant remember exactly how many) as they were all to consolidate previous debts.
Anyway I hoped that it may be possible that i had paid PPI on some of them, although I visited the banks in question to ask and they told me that i hadnt, so i took this as true.
However I keep getting the following text to my phone from telephone nr +44 7427 105547;
'Important! Records indicate you are entitled to £3675 from Mis-Sold Loan Insurance (PPI). To claim reply yes to this message. Thank You.'
My question is, is their any point in pursuing this? is it a scam?

Its a scam. Your data is not in the public domain. They are similar to the "you can claim £Xxx for your recent accident".I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
