Morning Campers!
Husband is claiming back PPI from a Shop Direct/Solution finance/Littlewoods Credit card and has sent off the forms, he has received a phone call today from them to say they need to conduct phone interview regarding the PPI before they can progress any further.
Is this standard practice at all?
