Annoyingly changing font/layout on this site

Hello - can anyone tell me why my laptop keeps changing (on this site) the font/display. When I click on a thread it goes all Times New Roman, all the border lines disappear. It is still readable but very offputting. Is this in anyway related to the fact that the laptop is running really slowly - even though I am on always on broadband with (as was telewest) Virgin Media. Any clues I would be grateful for. Thanks

It did that to me last night - haven't experienced it today though. Just another glitch that never gets sorted, I'm afraid.Touch my food ... Feel my fork!0

More a MSE site problem - not your laptop. I have been getting the same type of screen, just press F5 to refresh and it goes.Rich people save then spend.

I think it's when the server is under extreme load it cannot render the CSS file (What makes the webpage look like it does) happens to be from time to time.0
