The reason I am feeling like that is after 12 years of expense with no help from the others enough is enough my late husband wouldn't want me and especially not his daughter suffering as a result of the rest of his family not being willing to assist - yes I do have a good relationship with her hence the reason I am trying my utmost to be fair to all! But when you seem to be the only one bothered it does take it's toll. The long and the short of it is am I willing to evict a 75 year old woman in my heart I dont think I can but in my bank account I need to.0

If she is elderly and is ill, then as harsh as it sounds, discuss evicting her. Yes I know. However, you can't let her stay rent free, and she will be housed in sheltered housing (you can check availability.) Also: speak to your local tenant relations officer, and find this out for sure, and how to go about evicting her, humanely and calmly. Her sons are bound to feel protective, but she can't stay there until she dies, can she? Horrible situation for everyone.0
