Paypal have not decided in my favour as the query is over the delivery and not the goods and i didnt even get a chance to respond, the fact should be that i have not been refunded in full for the goods nothing to do with delivery costs, how can they charge me for delivery when delivery was free. Aircon247 are also trying to claim that as i had it delivered to my place of work due to no one being home in the day to take collection this is now apparently a business purchase and not covered by DRS's.0
