well had a letter from acenden on saturday regarding our re mortgage with southern pacific .the complaint regarding front loaded ppi has been moved to Norton finance who were our brokers however we were told we had overpaid some fees and are receiving a cheque in the next 14 days for £275. didnt expect that one:j
