What do you have in your ICT tool kit like what softwares? or tools incase you have to go and do some troubleshooting?

depends on the problems you are trying to diagnose .....
I wouldn't leave home without a good PE disk

I don't have a kit as such any more, but some of the SW I used to have with me:
- Stinger AV
- Anti-Spyware
- Partition Magic
- Floppy and CD boot disk with drivers
- Undelete software
- OS disks
- SiSoft Sandra0 -
