Student Finance Question

Hiya,
I'm hopefully going to university in Sept to study Social Work and I'm trying to work out how much finance I will get and if I will be able to keep any benefits I currently get.
I live with my gf and son. Me and my gf were made redundant last year. I am currently still unemployed and my gf has just managed to find a job working 20 hours a week. I may have a temporary job, got to wait until Weds to find out but even that is only part time. I really want to go to uni to try and be able to support my family properly but I want to make sure we can afford it.
We currently get child tax, child benefit, working tax, housing and council tax benefit, will we be able to keep any of these when I'm a student?
Another thing I am concerned about is that I do have a diploma in health and social care from the Open University. Does anyone know if this affects if I get the Social Work bursary or will it affect how much student loan I get?
It is classed as a higher education qualification so I'm not sure if it affects the finance.
Thank you so much for any help you can give:)

From April, two parent families have to work a minimum of 24 hours between them to be able to claim WTC so either your or your GF will need to work another 4 hours. Your HB and CTB are assessed on household income so your student finance will be used in this assessment.0 -
Also, is it a DipHE you received?0
