Can i claim my ppi back if i am in debt

Hi can anybody help
I have a loan with TSB bank which i am in debt with. I have been in debt with this loan since i have been on the sick from work which is now three and a half years. due to ongoing problems from the operations i have had I have not claimed any money back of the ppi i have on the loan since i have been on the sick.

I would be greatfull if anybody can tell me can i claim my ppi charges back as i never asked for it when i took the loan out

    Why have you not simply claimed on the PPI insurance?
    Any PPI you might be able to complain was mis-sold would simply go towards servicing your debt.

    Logically, if the OP has a valid claim on the policy then it was not missold - except perhaps if it was a single premium added to the loan.
