We moved from Scottish Power to Npower go fix 8 in December 2011 but Scottish Power made us a better offer and we agreed to move straight back to them after 1 month with Npower. My question is this - we have received £100 worth of Love to Shop vouchers yesterday from Npower which were part of the deal for moving to Go Fix 8.Will I be allowed to keep these or will I be asked to return them as we did not stay with Npower for very long?
Hope someone can help as dare not spend them in case they ask for them to be returned
Thanks P

What was the exit penalty?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Exit penalty was £20 for each fuel which Scottish Power are crediting to our account0
