Hello ladies. I feel better but rather washed out. DH took the littlies to school.
The boys football fixtures have managed to wreck any chance of a nice family day for DD2's birthday on Sunday. She's going to be 6 - where did all those years go?
Well done Froddington on your massive saving. What are you going to do with the spare cash? Mortgage overpay? Music festival? Donation to beleaguered Pompey?
Anyone for a HHC at 11.15?0 -

My back is done in..it hurts to breathe!.. but.. needs must..

OH to take 4 binbags to charity shop and we need to find the sealant for the bath.. OH can buy more if we can't find it.. it has to be done today.
Kitchen and backroom reclamation again.. and vacuum through downstairs!
Yesterday I swept.. with a dustpan and brush the hideous carpet in the middle room so I could put my new fluffy rug down... I just want to vacuum up the dust I can get up now!
Job number 1.. open curtains and turn off all the lights the children left on this morning.. ggrrrr
I need to express Dot a bottle as well see if she will take that earlier and settle better at night.. I cannot cope with my current levels of lack of sleep!

Cleaned living room windows, hall windows, front door panels inside and out, French doors from hall glass panes on both sides.

Ben has now gone to sleep So I'm going to get the bins out, do some lunch and have a little snooze, then after his next bottle going to go and do some neighbourhood watch stuff.0 -
Dancemum this may sound silly, but if I have to make a decision, I toss a coin. Literally! Then see if I'm disappointed by the result, and if I am, I know what I "really" want to do, iyswim.
If it's a multiple-options decision, I use dice - being a Dungeons & Dragons gamer, I have dice with 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 20 sides!:D
The other way is to write down on a piece of paper the pros and cons - pros on one half of the sheet, cons the other, and see which list is longest.
Good luck.:o
Loo and wash-basin cleaning day in the Wolf's Lair today (the bath's already done); I need them to sparkle, too, as "A" is coming over for cider and gaming with Mr LW tonight!:DIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Mopped the floors - that is a job I dislike too.
Just finishing scoffing food and then off to town (so I'm not hungry in the supermarket)
Did an hours fast walk to exercise taken care of.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
