online account southern electric
hi before i moved in dec i had an online account where i submitted my meter readings for gas for my old house, well when i moved i had new gas meter put in and im now bk on direct debit. I went on my online account and noticed its still my old accoun t on there but it says payment type quarterly (which ive never had) and supply address which is my old address but billing address to my new addy so am i assuming im being billed for the new womans gas?? also how do i get my new account on there because i dont want paper billing....thanks
I will lose 2 stone by this summer!!!!!!

Did you close the account at the old address? You can't transfer accounts across-you need to open a new account with the existing supplier at the new address-even if both suppliers are SE.
