I've ripped concert tickets. Anything I can do about it?

Hey all, I ordered some concert tickets a while back from seetickets.com. Unfortuantely, I put them in my pocket and the ticket stubs have come off them both. I just rang seetickets and they said that they couldn't send out any replacements as "its not company policy". Is there anything I can do? surely theres some other way?

the tickets should be ok - it obviously depends on how pedantic the ticket collector at the gate is going to be about them.
