FSCS and welcome finance ppi forms

hi john here 
got reclaim form in post from claim company, However reply was that welcome finance said i did not have PPI on the loan i had,
Next day letter from welcome with reclaim forms said i did have ppi on my loan of £2000???
this loan went to county court judgement and paying £80 month through employer!!!! balance was £5900.00?????:eek:
and now balance is down to £1300
1)how much am i due???
2)why interest disscustingly high (CAPITALISATION):mad:
3)should i go through private reclaim or through welcome???
4)sounds as if they got something to hide by telling private company i dont have ppi????
any help would be nice thank you

If you signed a contract with this company, ring them and tell them that you have ppi on this loan and because you are in arrears the FOS recommends you do the mis sell yourself.
Get them to give you the cancellation in writing so you have proof.
If you have arrears any redress will go to the debt so you will only end up owing the claims company money.
Let Welcome know that you are not dealing with a third party, if you get redress they should not contact the company.
You will get the 8% redress back to you and if the redress clears the loan then any remaining will come to you.0
