Hi does anyone know how long Virgin/MBNA take to respond to the PPI questionnaire?
I posted mine recorded on the 16th Feb anyone know if there is a timescale they have to stick to?

They have 14 days to acknowledge and then a further 6 weeks to give you the final response.0

First check with the Post Office to see it's definitely been received. I think chasing them for just an acknowledgement is a waste of your time and theirs. It's definitely a (sometimes very long) waiting game!Thanks still not heard anything how long should I give them before I chase?0
