  • The worktops have now been in a couple of weeks and we are experiencing more problems. Part of a stave by the belfast sink cut out has come away. I will email the company this morning but I get the feeling that they are not interested by their last email. If I don't get any joy from them how do I go about claiming from my credit card company for the faulty good supplied.

    The worktop company told me that the worktops were guaranteed for 6 months and I really don't think that after just a few weeks of being installed that wood should start flaking where it has been profiled by the company themselves .
