EDF huge bill system error

Hi all,
I have been having problems with EDF for nearly a year now if not longer as I too have not yet had a bill despite submitting meter reading on-line as requested.
I manage my account on-line and whenever I submit a reading my balance is always and estimated £30, I submit a reading and check a weeks later as no sign of bill and surprise surprise the balance is then £0?
I have contacted EDF on numerous occasion by on-line chat mostly as whenever I try to call the system is always under maintenance! I have also tried contacting by email but do not seem to get a respose?
It seems reading this thread I am not alone and I think the best option for me would be to raise a complaint via the EDF process to hopefully get a resolution.
I certainly fear the worst but fortunately we have been putting money aside, however I do fear the £30 is somewhat low.
Let battle commence!0
