Question for the Experian Rep
Do your IVA records get automatically deleted irrevocably? i.e. can never return to the file once deleted, either by mistake or on purpose? after exactly 6 years. Mine is marked with a completed date.
Is there any manual intevention in the deletions or is it automatic.
Is it the same for ALL defaults registered 6 years ago. Are they automatically irrevocably deleted on the 6th year anniversary or is there a delay?
Same questions to Call Credit and Equifax if they post on here too.

The first of a set of defaults should have AUTOMATICALLY dropped off my credit file on the 02/03/2012. IT WAS registered by Experian and Equifax on the 02/03/2006
THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO. I AM NOT HAPPY. CALL CREDIT HAVE GOT IT RIGHT AND DELETED IT WHY CAN EXPERIAN AND EQUIFAX NOT DO THE SAME?
I want to also ensure all the other defaults that are due to fall off this month DO SO ON THE 6TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY. WITH NO DELAYS
How dare they publish out of date information affecting peoples credit files.0 -
Experian normally drops them off automatically at midnight at 6 years on the dot. If they havn't, then complain.
Equifax normally let them linger for a week or 2 before removing. Wrong of them, but they usually do go after a short while. May be worth complaining to give the a hurry up just in case.
Callcredit often remove them before time. Have with all of mine.
