Having been let down by Parcelnet ( surprise!) I discovered today that my parcel, needed for daughter's birthday, was being returned to Amazon.
So I went to Amazon and clicked on their "phone me" tab. Within seconds a very nice lady from US called me. I told her my story and she told me to re-order and request super fast delivery (£7.95 for my parcel). She then immediately refunded the cost of my undelivered parcel and put £15 into my Amazon account to offset the cost of special delivery. 5 minutes later I re-ordered, the £15 was there so I used it off my order result: £7.05 in pocket and parcel guaranteed delivery before 1pm tomorrow!
Only a bit irritating, and that was down to Parcelnet, but Amazon certainly gave a 5 star service! (wish they'd dump Parcelnet tho.)
