Eventually managed to place an order using the new code and showed £14.95 at checkout. When received confirmation email I had been charged £104.95. After waiting 15 minutes on the phone they said it wasn't on the system but took my phone number and said they would let me know when they had refunded me. He didn't seem in the least surprised and having read some posts here it seems to be happening quite a lot. The message is check your confirmation email.
I bet they wished they hadn't started this now!!!

I don't think so. They could just remove it at anytime and they didn't, as far as I know.

I see many people saying negative things about T&M because of this deal and I think that they are being unfair. T&M has been the best company to deal with. I've been a costumer for the last 2 to 3 years and I only buy bargains from them and they are always ready to help and to compensate you if anything goes wrong.

Just an example, last year I bought 6packets of orchids for 1p each. However, they didn't have enough stock and I didn't received them and, as an apology, they sent me a £5 voucher which I've used with free delivery. At the same time, they sent me a letter saying that the delivery of those seeds was delayed to April 2012. I thought it was an error. However, to my surprise, they have arrived a few days ago

I've got no problems with T&M, a well known and respected company, they just obviously didn't expect it to be this popular? How many people get the emails? 6 million?? I've given up now
