Egg credit card PPI

Hi I know this has probably been covered many times before but HELP I'm soooo confused, here goes...
In May/June 2007 I applied for an egg credit card via the Internet. This card was then paid off in November 2008.
My husband seems to think we may have had ppi on this card although I don't ever recall asking for it and as I receive full sick pay etc etc and I would never need it.
As it was paid off 4 years ago I don't have any of the paperwork to check. I'm just in the process of getting the account number from my credit report. Once I have got that do I send a SAR to egg (as it was settled when they were still doing credit cards) or to barclay card who have recently taken them over? if anyone has the correct addresses that would be great
