There is a midway Acrobat programme called Approval which lets you save pdf forms. However, you do have to pay for it but it is cheaper than the full programme.0

There is a slightly long winded way of doing it if you really want to print rather than handwrite it. You can scan the form in (if you have a scanner!) and then set the scanned document as the background in Word. Once it is in there you place text boxes over all the form boxes and fill them in with your responses.
It's much neater but takes a helluva lot longer than simply printing and writing!0 -
moomintroll hinted at this earlier ....
Whether or not you can fill in a PDF form, depends on whether the author has enabled this option. If the author did not enable the fill-in-form option, then there is no easy way to fill it in on the screen - you have to print out the PDF and then fill it in like any other paper form.
The number of PDF authors who issue forms, but DON'T enable the online form filling never fails to amaze me! It kind of negates the use of the PDF in the first place - they might as well continue to issue paper forms via snail mail!
If you are guilty of this, can you take note please!Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0 -
I agree with you debt free chick, the problem was that the spaces to fill in were so small it was nearly impossible to give all the information longhand.Never mind, job is done, once again thank you all0
