bmw finance dont do it

quick bit of advice anyone thinking of a bmw whatever you do DONT USE BMW FINANCE they are rude arrogant they mis-inform you at every turn the dont like challenge of any sort and refuse to acknowledge any complaint as exactly that trust me entering into an agreement with them will lead to nothing but misery they will then have you bouncing between them and the dealer whilst neither will accept responsibilty for any issues you may have each citing the other as responsible my issue was with my opt out clause in my agreement or lack of in my case end result they claim i owe them 2.5k prob not a lot a can do in my case but if you are then i implore YOU DONT FALL FOR THE SALESMAN GLOSSY SPEEL!!!!

they love you when taking your money and well their after sales approach is shocking i share this as hopefully nobody else will enter the world of misery i have found myself in at the hands of this company ultimately its your choice be remember you were warned

Was your finance agreement for over £25K? From memory they used to be unregulated so there is no opt out clause.

Why are they saying there is no opt out amount in your case? These documents are standard pre-printed and regulated, so its not just a matter of the number not being in the box.

Did you not check the paperwork was to your satisfaction before you signed it?
  • Probably not. SO now they are looking to blame someone else...

I have just come to the end of a PCP deal with them and had no problems at all.

OP, I take it you defaulted at some stage?

Oh me too, but punctuation makes them easier to read - perhaps that was the problem with the OPs agreement?
