Never had any issues with them. Between me and my wife we've used them for maybe 6 or 7 cars and no problems.

There was a bit of a !!!! up on the dealers part with one car which meant i was driving around in my new x5 for 3 months without the finance being in place, but noone seemed to get terribly exited about that and it was all sorted.

Handed a car back to them too at the end of a PCP deal, no issues there either - was expecting them to quibble as we had non original alloys on the car when it went back but they never objected.

My wifes in the process of buying a new z4 and thats been hassle free so far too.

Can only say we've had positive experiences.

The only thing i've heard is that they have tightened up on the condition of cars when you hand them back at the end of a PCP but i can see their point there.

    Whats your issue with them?

Constructively, you may be better fighting them on how they have treated you rather than try to produce some ground swell on how they have treated perhaps at best a handful of individuals who will respond here (relative to the hundreds of thousands of 'happy' customers they deal with every year)

If you describe your problem then we may be able to advise on what you can do / which authority you can complain to (not sure if its the FSA?)

What problem have you experienced? I've used something like this but woul have thought its a fairly straightforward process. They lend you money...you pay it back. No?

I thought the same when someone asked for reviews of a finance company on here - they give you a car and proceed to take money out of your bank account every month, what is there to review :rotfl::D
