Insurance ombudsman in Spain

My mum lives in Spain and has an issue with an insurance company who she has life insurance with. Does anyone know if there is an equivalent of the Insurance Ombudsman in Spain? I have searched the net and can't find anything or anyone who has the knowledge!

    She should read her policy docs as it is normally in there as it is for a UK insurer. Looking at an old Linea Directa policy it has the following for escalated complaints:
