Providian, Monument, BarclayCard PPI (How many claims?)

Hi there, hopefully you can help with question...
I had an account which was moved through all three providers, all part of Barclays of course.
To do a PPI claim, do you I need to write to all three divisions separately or do I just go straight to Barclaycard for the entire period?
If the answer is to only approach Barclaycard then do I need to say anything in particular to ensure they cover all three periods of operation?

Hi
I made a claim for my Providian/Monument/Barclaycard account and I sent my forms straight to Barclaycard. They settled my claim but only for the period since 2007 when they took over the account and they say they have no records of transactions prior to that so I have now referred the matter to FOS.
