House of Fraser store card ppi

Does anyone know who I should send my House of Fraser store card ppi claim to? I took the card out in August 2005 when it was still owned by GE Money (it's now Santander) so do I send my questionnaire GE Money or Santander? There's no information on the House of Fraser store card website.
