Picture loan with ppi 2006 - no paperwork

Hi

Can anyone help me? I took out a picture loan for £30,000 with ppi added on in October 2006. I then sold my house in September 2007 and paid back the loan. I remember at the time that I had to pay back about £31000 due to the ppi. I have no paperwork for this - does anyone know anyway of me reclaiming? They told me ppi was a condition of taking out the loan and wasn't optional.

Tell them you have no paperwork for this and see if they can help.
If you paid this loan by DD then look at the DD list you have with the bank, if it is still there this will have the account number, also you could get a free trial of your credit report, this will have the last 4 digits of the account number and you can use these, don't forget to cancel the report before they charge you for it, if you use this method.
