Creditor have no knowledge of Bryan Carter taking me to court for CCJ???

I am extremely confused.
:(
I had an overdraft with Citibank which went over its limit in 2009. It was sent almost straight away to Fredrickson International and then they subsequently sent it on to Bryan Carter Solicitors who took legal proceedings and were successful in gaining a CCJ against me.
I have been paying the judgement monthly amount on time, each month, since the judgement was obtained in 2009. I have never, to my knowledge, missed a payment. Last week I received a letter from the original creditor, Citibank, advising that I needed to call them.
Upon speaking to them on the phone I was advised that they would be taking the debt back “in house” and that they would be sending me an income and expenditure form as they had never, in the three years since judgement, received any payment from the debt. When I advised them of what I believed my balance to be, they put me on hold and then responded stating that they believed the balance was £200 more, and that they had no knowledge of any CCJ having been issued and that there had been no instruction to the debt collector to intiate such proceedings.
Citibank are now telling me I need to continue to make any payments directly to them instead of via Bryan Carter Solicitors. My concern is that Bryan Carter Solicitors are named as the “address for payment on my judgement”, although Citibank are listed as the judgement creditor and if I stop paying Bryan Carter and continue to pay Citibank, what happens if Bryan Carter take further action? Furthermore, what right have Citibank International got in terms of changing the payment amount without going through the courts??? According to Citibank, I owe the same as I did three years ago - £2300, but Bryan Carter say I had a judgement for £2600 and now owe £2100???
Can somebody please help me because I am concerned and to be honest, unsure and frightened. I want to take this further because this should not be happening. How can a bank listed as a judgement creditorhave no record of a CCJ?

Do what you should have done the first time and ignored anything you received, if they are disorganised as that let them take you to court, hit them with estoppel, and claim your costs. I take it you still have the paperwork from the fist claim?
Or, you could send them a letter saying that the matter was settled as you describe, and their current threats are therefore unwarranted harassment and you will claim damages. Fancy the idea of getting some money back from these useless idiots?0 -
Bryan Carter Solicitors ARE the legal arm of Frederickson International DCA - see this link :
http://www.debt-line.net/Bryan-Carter-and-Co-Solicitors
Therefore any payments you have made have gone to the DCA.
Make Citibank aware of this, and of you need to contact Frederickson ONLY DO SO IN WRITING.0 -
Carry on paying who you were ordered to by the court. Tell Citibank to take a running jump.
Bryan Carter are notoriously "CCJ happy". Pack of scumbags from what I've read.0
