Hi all,
I called Lloyds TSB PPI line this morning and they advised that I have had 5 loans with them but none of them had PPI added. I asked her if they could send the aggreements out and she said yes but theres no point as PPI not on there. Do I take her work for it that I wasn't charged or carry on and got to the branch? Has anyone been told wrongly they never had PPI added but when you have looked into it you have x

Go into branch and ask for copies of the agreements, or ask them to show you the screen to show no ppi.
If you have ppi on there have your reasons for mis sell ready and do the claims there if youn have ppi and were mis sold.

I would carry on and get copies of your agreements, their systems are not to be totally trusted.
I put in a claim, knowing that I had paid PPI, and got a response stating they had no record of it on my account. I sent them my statements showing PPI being charged, which was promptly ignored. So I sent them a letter requesting they look into my claim and again sent copies of statements as proof - they are now investigating.
