Help!!!!!!

Bought this package, which works fine until i try to shut down. Computer freezes whilst saving it's settings. I'm not very computer literate but i think settings need altering, but which? Does any one know of a simple solution? (Spent over £12 on diagnostic telephone support which goes against the grain!)
Wish I'd down loaded freebie versions.

Do you have another anti-virus package installed on your system. If you do it needs to be fully un-installed as it will most likely clash.

Does this icon show in which case the sw is updating itself

Try doing a manual update of the software click "Check Now"
